The following is the text of an email I sent to The Conference Place today, which you may wish to consider.....
Please note that in reviewing the contract, other than some minor typo's, there is an item of concern.
Item 4. DURATION OF CONSIGNMENT
....six months ............starting 2009-05-02 and ending on 2009-08-04 and ........
These are inconsistent with each other.
Is a penned change to three months initialled by the artist and your representative sufficient to correct this, or would 19. MODIFICATIONS preclude such an easy route?

FYI the conference centre has issued a revised copy with 3 months duration, just in case you haven't received it yet

There was so much paperwork from the Conference Centre about this show....... not to mention the long legaleeeeeze contract...... and so much of the info was contradictorie that I just got lost in it..........
Hope it all works out in the end.
