Two Show Opening Invitations
This is an invitation to two art show openings in which I'll be a participant this week.
The first one is the Gallery 888 10th Anniversary Spring Fling & Ovarian Cancer Fundraiser
with over 40 artist participants at Gallery 888, 888 Queen Street East, Toronto, opening on Thursday, June 4, 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.and running through to June 21st. The two paintings I'm contributing to the show are attached.
And the second is a Spring Group Show at Framing Dames Gallery, 211 Morrish Road, Scarborough (near Lawson and Old Kingston Road), to which I'm contributing two recent paintings.
opening on Friday, June 5, 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
So, please feel free to attend one or both. And hope to see you!

Two pix from the opening last night. After a 38 year career in art-making, I finally won an award, the first prize for paintng -- my portrait of Brian McDonald (on right in first photo below). Also including a photo in which I like the visual dynamics of the artists and the art on the wall.
