- I am a Microsoft Office Specialist for version 2003, Master Instructor. In short, I am a computer geek. I have been riding the technology wave for more than 20 years. For more than 10 of those years I have been a self-employed computer software instructor. More recently, as individuals are becoming tech savvy, I have been planning more of a consultant role before providing the training required.
How did I find out about this social network? Darrell Wagar contacted me to assist him in updating his web page.
Why did I join this social network? I am finally following a path that has been calling me for a while - I love to paint!! I am interested in meeting other artists and sharing their knowledge, techniques, and mediums with me.

Maria Harrison-Edge is a self-taught ink & watercolour artist living in Pickering, Ontario.
Maria was born in 1961; growing up in Toronto, Ontario. During this time, she was artistically inspired by her mother, Aloysia Cross, who produces all-embracing oil and watercolour paintings.
During the summer of 2005, Maria started to draw in pencil in her spare time. In May of 2006, while on a vacation in Maui, she began to paint in watercolour, unfolding a talent and a spirited passion. She continues to develop her gift by attending courses to enhance her techniques.
Maria’s art has been displayed in a number of exhibitions and her paintings can also be found in private collections throughout Canada.
