Intro
Here's a mini showcase/artboard featuring a few of my more colourful luxe gemstone creations [currently for sale in my ArtFire studio] that I will soon be moving to an established online European marketplace, one which specializes in indie handmade artisan creations (I'm referring to the German & French versions of DaWanda.com).
Oracle Gem Designs houses one of Ontario's largest collections of unique and rare gemstone bead collections so fulfilling virtually any custom jewellery commission or request isn't a problem for us. For a few years now, I've been offering my unique handmade jewelry at the Gahooletree boutique housed on Etsy. We've got a newer boutique called SassyDLite on Etsy too in which I offer off price, costume and affordable vintage pieces. I also offer a small sampling of gemstone bead studio overstock at Gahooletree Supplies also on Etsy.
Stay tuned for more info about the two new online boutiques that are in the works! AND I'm so excited to announce that soon we're opening an actual gallery & storefront (finally!) which will facilitate client consultations and also display studio overstock of the gemstone beads available for retail purchase! [yep, in Oshawa near the university]
Often my creations include colourful lampwork glass beads or handmade glass pendants from my favorite artists. I'm a huge fan of borosilicates and often I'll incorporate those into my designs as well.
Our finer collections include Thai hilltribe silver beads and clasps or our own unique handmade findings. For 2010 we'll be featuring more artistic wirework creations in both sterling and gold fill as well as our take on one of a kind metalsmithed treasures.
Layaway is available on all items. We'll entertain offers on these interesting designs too!
