Toronto Aerospace Museum

For those of you who are interested in Canadian aviation heritage or have family or friends with this interest I recommend you visit this musem located on the former Downsview Airport property in Toronto. Hi Erika
Thanks for the note and comment on one of my paintings. I do not have any sculptures to show. I'm sure I would enjoy it in any one of many different materials. My sculpture experience is quite limited and currently I'm trying to get remotivated to do more painting. I've only been able to get a handful of hours devoted to painting in the past several months.

Hi Robert, thanks for your kind words. Sculpting/modeling is challenging, as your work has to look good from so many angles. If you get it right, it can be rewarding. But I think challenge/reward applies to all media.
I already commented on one of your pieces. Do you have any photos of your 3D work?

Hi Bob

Thanks for the contact info regarding the pastel artist from Markham. You have given me his email address - do you know if he has a web site up?

Thanks for forwarding this information! Judith

Thanks again for the kind comments...
Yes, i am aware of AFAS. They are the "cream of the crop" when it comes to Auto Artists. I have met a few of them. Members Jay Koka (my fave) and Ken Dallison judged "The Art of the Automobile" shows when they were held during the International Car Show. (We auto-artists depended on that show... a great venue to have our work displayed. They cancelled it 4 years ago...)
It is a VERY difficult group to join. One can apply, then they vote on whether you attend the Pebble Beach Concours AFAS Art Exhibit as a guest artist. Then depending how THAT goes, they vote you in or out... A very "cliquey" group...

Thanks again...
