- I began my art career after working several years as a graphic designer making ads for the Yellow Pages. I paint primarily in watercolour but have recently begun exploring oils. I like to paint animals and people, particularly children.
- Favorite Music:
- I like jazz, blues, folk, a little bit of soft country. I know a lot of the tunes from the big band era, I listen to some rock, celtic guitar... not big on classical. I love to hear an acoustic guitar played....one day I'll learn too .
- Favorite Books:
- I read a lot. Mostly fiction, mostly murder mystery. My favourite author is likely Pat Conroy but usually what I do is find a book that I like and then work my way through and read everything that author has written. I have read a lot of historical fiction set in the first or second world wars but have recently discovered some contemporary authors and am enjoying them.
